Celebrate the 38th Annual Poquoson Seafood Festival. Dates: October  19, 20, & 21 2018

Enjoy the Bounty of the Bay and visit the 2018 Poquoson Seafood Festival. The City of Poquoson’s annual salute to the working watermen of the Chesapeake Bay and life along the bay in a coastal City. 

The Poquoson Seafood Festival which began as a small celebration of the Poquoson waterfront community in its first inception featured an art show at a local marina. Today, the Festival is a large annual event at Poquoson Municipal Park in the City of Poquoson. The festival draws nearly 50,000 people over the three day event and features both local and regional entertainment and a variety of food vendors featuring tasty delights highlighting seafood.  Arts and Crafts vendors that are part of a juried arts and craft show also entice local shoppers.

The Festival is enjoyed by both residents and visitors from a wide geographic area.​ Entry to the Festival Area is free, this includes all food areas, entertainment shows, arts and crafts areas and more.  Visitors will need to pay for parking, and food they purchase, as well as for amusement rides and purchases you make.

Parking Information

$5.00 fee for Parking in All Areas.

Actual entry into the Festival grounds is free.

Directions to General Parking  Areas: From I-64 take the Poquoson exit (256B) to Victory Blvd./Rt. 171. Remain on Rt. 171 for approximately 5-6 miles. Follow signs leading into the Fesitval parking area.

Direction to Parking for the Disabled: Cost is $5.00. Please Festival is a large annual event at Poquoson Municipal Park in the City of Poquoson. The festival draws nearly 50,000 people over the three day event and features both local and regional entertainment and a variety of food vendors featuring tasty delights highlighting seafood.  Arts and Crafts vendors that are part of a juried arts and Drive. Attendants will direct you.
