Appomattox Oyster and Seafood Festival
September 23 @ 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm$30
The 1st Annual Appomattox Oyster & Seafood Festival will be held at Clover Hill Village on Saturday, September 23, 2017 and is presented by the Appomattox County Historical Society. We will have Beer, Cider, & Wine to help wash down the oysters & seafood. There will be various vendors on hand providing everything from cigars, baskets, jams and jellies, wood crafting, fragrances, clothing/accessories and exotic oils! This is a family event, so we will have activities for the kids to keep them busy! The crowds will be entertained by live music throughout the day. Special pricing for adults is in place for those who want to come out and enjoy the festival without drinking! The event is a co-benefit for the Appomattox County Historical Society and the Appomattox County Chamber of Commerce.
This event will be held annually, starting in 2017, on Saturday, September 23rd. The proceeds from this event will help to repair, maintain & improve the Clover Hill Village as well as provide some funding to the Chamber of Commerce to help continue their great work in Appomattox.
