Celebrate the 39th Annual Poquoson Seafood Festival. Dates: October  18,19 & 20, 2019

Enjoy the Bounty of the Bay and visit the 2019 Poquoson Seafood Festival. The City of Poquoson’s annual salute to the working watermen of the Chesapeake Bay and life along the bay in a coastal City.

Arts & Crafts Galore​: Shop and enjoy over 160 Arts and Crafts vendors at this year’s juried art show.

Fresh Seafood: If you enjoy fresh prepared seafood the Food Lion Food Pavilion is the site for lots of wonderful flavors at Gregory’s Grill!

The Poquoson Seafood Festival which began as a small celebration of the Poquoson waterfront community in its first inception featured an art show at a local marina. Today, the Festival is a large annual event at Poquoson Municipal Park in the City of Poquoson. The festival draws nearly 50,000 people over the three day event and features both local and regional entertainment and a variety of food vendors featuring tasty delights highlighting seafood.  Arts and Crafts vendors that are part of a juried arts and craft show also entice local shoppers.

The Festival is enjoyed by both residents and visitors from a wide geographic area.​ Entry to the Festival Area is free, this includes all food areas, entertainment shows, arts and crafts areas and more.  Visitors will need to pay for parking, and food they purchase, as well as for amusement rides and purchases you make.

Friday, October 18, 5pm-10pm

Saturday, October 19, 10am-9pm

Sunday, October 20, 12:30-6:30pm

Enjoy this annual fun, family, community event. Enjoy the children’s  petting zoo on Saturday,
October 20 and Sunday October 21 in the Children’s Area. Exhibits from the Virginia Natural History Museum, and VIMS
Petting Zoo and Exhibits are free.
