Gregg Gregory has a lifetime of service in the food and beverage industry. 2021 marks his 42nd year in the business. Gregg began as a dishwasher at Country Kitchen in 1976 and quickly worked his way up to become the youngest manager they ever had.

 A graduate of The Florida State University Hospitality Management program, Gregg was highly recruited by hotels and restaurants throughout the United States. He chose Spinnaker’s Restaurant Corporation headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee and in 1986 began his career with them as an assistant manager and moved to the top as district manager within five years. His career with Spinnaker’s spanned 15 years. When the opportunity arose, Gregg purchased Spinnaker’s Richmond and was president and CEO and for another nine years.

In 2010, Gregg then founded Gregory’s Grill and began exclusively catering at private parties, multi-cultural festivals and wineries. Catering offers the flexibility and freedom to personalize menus and services to meet his customer’s needs.
